Note 15 – Subsequent Events
Distributions
On March 4, 2025, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share for the first quarter of 2025, payable on April 15, 2025 to stockholders of record as of March 31, 2025.
Arch Street Joint Venture Member Loan
During February 2025, the Company made an additional member loan of $8.3 million to fund leasing costs related to a lease extension that was completed for one of the properties in the Arch Street Joint Venture portfolio.
